Penetration testing & red teaming · EMEA

Penetration testing and red teaming across EMEA: your defenses, tested like a real attack

Our team in Skopje is available to organizations in North Macedonia and across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We test your systems the way an attacker would, within rules you approve in advance. Whether it is a single web application or a full red team exercise, you get verified findings rated by risk, a summary your management can act on, a technical report your engineers can work from, and a retest to confirm the fixes hold.

Attack surface: what an attacker sees from outside

Penetration testing & red teaming

What you get

01

Verified risk, not scanner noise

Every finding is confirmed by hand, rated with CVSS and explained in terms of what an attacker could actually reach in your environment.

02

Clear priorities

The executive summary tells management what matters and why. The technical report gives engineers the evidence, reproduction steps and fixes.

03

Fixes you can trust

Our standard approach includes a free retest of the findings you have fixed, on the terms set out in our proposal, so the final report shows what is closed, not just what was found.

04

Detection put to the test

Assumed-breach and red team exercises, mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, show whether your team or SOC would notice and stop an attacker who is already inside.

What's included

  • External and internal network penetration testing
  • Web application and API testing following the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) and OWASP ASVS
  • Mobile application testing following OWASP MASVS and MASTG
  • Cloud configuration review covering identities, permissions, storage, network exposure and logging
  • Wi-Fi testing, including authentication, guest networks and separation from internal systems
  • Social engineering, such as phishing and pretext phone calls, agreed in advance with management
  • Assumed-breach and red team exercises mapped to MITRE ATT&CK
  • An executive summary, a technical report with CVSS-rated findings and a free retest of fixed findings, on the terms in our proposal

How we work

  1. 01

    Scope and rules of engagement

We agree the goals, targets, exclusions, testing windows and contacts, and you sign a written authorization. The rules of engagement set out what is off limits and how either side can pause the test at any time.

  2. 02

    Reconnaissance and planning

We map your attack surface the way an outsider would and plan the test paths that matter most to your business, following PTES and NIST SP 800-115.

  3. 03

    Testing and controlled exploitation

Our testers work manually, supported by tools, and exploit a weakness only as far as needed to prove its impact. If we find a critical issue, we tell your contact without waiting for the final report.

  4. 04

    Reporting and walkthrough

You receive an executive summary and a technical report with CVSS-rated findings, evidence and remediation advice. We walk both management and engineers through the results.

  5. 05

    Remediation and retest

Once you have fixed the findings, we retest them free of charge as part of our standard approach, on the terms set out in our proposal, and issue an updated report that shows what is closed.

Who it's for

  • Organizations launching or changing a web application, API or mobile app
  • Essential and important entities that must assess whether their security measures work, under NIS2 in an EU member state or under North Macedonia’s NIS2-aligned law
  • Banks and financial firms that must meet DORA’s requirements for digital operational resilience testing
  • Security teams and SOCs that want to measure their detection and response against a realistic adversary

  • OWASP ASVS
  • OWASP Mobile Application Security (MASVS/MASTG)

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a vulnerability scan, a penetration test and a red team exercise?
A vulnerability scan is automated and lists possible weaknesses. In a penetration test, people verify and exploit those weaknesses within an agreed scope to show their real impact. A red team exercise pursues an agreed objective, such as reaching a critical system, with the techniques of a real adversary, and also tests whether your team detects and responds. An assumed-breach test starts from inside, as if an attacker already had a foothold.
Is testing safe for our production systems?
No test is free of risk, so we plan for it. The rules of engagement set testing windows, exclusions and an emergency contact, and destructive techniques such as denial of service are excluded unless you explicitly approve them. Where the risk is higher, we can test a staging environment that mirrors production. Either side can pause the test at any time.
Can you test organizations outside North Macedonia?
Yes. Web applications, APIs, mobile apps, cloud environments and external networks can be tested remotely from Skopje, wherever you are in Europe, the Middle East or Africa. Internal network, Wi-Fi and physical tests need access from inside your premises, through a connection or device we agree on or a visit on site, and we set this out in the proposal. Reports and walkthroughs are in English or Macedonian.
How often should we test?
Many organizations test at least once a year and after any significant change, such as a new application, a move to the cloud or a merger. NIS2, and North Macedonia’s NIS2-aligned law, require entities to have procedures for assessing whether their security measures are effective, and regular testing is one of the clearest ways to show that.
Do you test people as well as systems?
Yes, if you want us to. Phishing and pretext phone calls show how an attacker could use your staff to get in. We agree the scenarios with management in advance. The report focuses on processes and controls rather than on individuals, and the results feed directly into security awareness training.
