What we do and how
Diverto MK, registered as ДИВЕРТО ИНФОРМАЦИСКА СИГУРНОСТ ДООЕЛ Скопје, has worked in information security since 2007. Our office is at Arhiepiskop Dositej 8 in Skopje. The job is simple to describe and demanding to do well: help organizations catch attacks early, find weaknesses before anyone else does, and show that they meet their obligations.
We do that through three pillars. A managed SOC that watches systems 24/7, with incident response and forensics when something happens. Penetration testing, red teaming and testing of AI applications. And readiness for the NIS2-aligned law, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and DORA, together with training and phishing simulations for staff.
The way we work is the same in every engagement. Automation and AI speed up the routine; people make the decisions. Every action that could disrupt your operations is approved by an analyst, logged and, where possible, reversible. Each client’s data is kept in its own isolated environment.
We also know where our role ends. We do not issue certificates, we are not a certification body, and we are not a licensed auditor. We assess, implement controls and prepare you for the audit, then stay with you while it runs.

We describe how we work, not what we claim to have achieved. Every finding and recommendation comes with evidence that can be checked.

We explain findings for both the technical team and management, in Macedonian or English, without jargon that hides the point.

Each client has its own isolated environment. Only confirmed indicators, stripped of any client details, are shared across clients.

We tell you when something is unnecessary or not ours to do, and we do not promise timelines or results we cannot back up.

Diverto MK is led by three people, each with a clear remit: strategy and operations, technology, and security operations.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Vlatko has more than 20 years in information security. He leads Diverto MK’s strategic direction and overall operations.
Dimitar Blazevski
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Dimitar is responsible for the company’s security architecture and technical strategy.
Stefan Trajkovski
Head of Security Operations
Stefan leads our SOC and managed security services, from 24/7 monitoring to escalation and client reporting.

Diverto MK is a partner of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI). We value the link between day-to-day security practice and the faculty where future engineers study.
